A beautiful corner-plot building on the fringe of a conservation area, next to a small terrace of nationally listed houses, is a remnant of the area’s industrial past just behind Liverpool Street—now transformed into a buzzing business hub.

The landlord of this commercial building needed a complete refurbishment to improve both the performance and attractiveness of the spaces and attract new lessees.

We worked closely with the main contractor, the landlord, local authorities, and other consultants to deliver the required transformation.
