- All professional fees (called "the Basic Fee" on a RIBA contract) will be subject to a 10 % discount, applied in the quotation.
- Offer valid until 31/12/2022 included (expiry date).
- Offer applies to any size of project, anywhere in England.
- Client must currently be NHS staff or have been NHS staff between June 2020 and December 2021. Proof of employment required.
- Additional expenses like travel, prints or other disrembursements are not subject to discount.
- Third party fees are not subject to discount, eg. Council, Water Authority, etc.
- Construction, manufacturing, fit out fees are determined by other parties, so they are not subject to discount.
- Discount applicable on quotes issued until and including the expiry date. Validity of quotes includes discount and is 30 days from date of issue. See date on each quote.
- Other discounts DO still apply, e.g. special prices on furniture, decorations, equipment, sanitaryware, kitchen.
- Suspension of the service provided for more than 5 weeks will void the discount on the remaining services.
- This offer does not effect the General T&Cs of Tholos Architects ltd which always apply.
