Few things are more heartwarming than the smell of fresh bread in the morning. Or more indulgent than pistachio cream-stuffed croissants.

Our client wanted to share their passion for italian bakery products in a new concept bakery. We helped them develop the ideas, working with the other consultants and delivering the conversion of this previously boring clothing store into a homely local bakery.

We liaised with the Landlord, Building Control, Planning, suppliers and decorators to package this new icon on High Holborn, hopefully the first of many.
