Rick has been helping us with ad hoc consultancy for our complex renovation project, and he has been absolutely fantastic. He has helped us figure out windows, room layouts, various internal structural elements, and more. He always has pragmatic advice on whether a change is 'worth' making. Rick also spotted a huge opportunity that was right under our noses but we simply hadn't seen it - to turn a section of our house into a self-contained annex. We had the most seamless, timely and reassuring experience of a stressful refurb project during the height of lockdown. We met Rick 6 months before we knew what was about to hit the world!  It was the biggest home improvement project we were about to embark on and needed the crew to be a good fit, with us, and to make happen, the end result. We met with three other architects before we met Rick and it was an instant match. Rick tapped into our vison immediately and the rest is history. It is always a pleasure working with Rick & Giovanni - They always go that step further to ensure that the projects are coordinated and that every detail has been considered. We engaged Tholos just over a year ago to design a large loft and rear extension on our old period house. We loved the enthusiasm with which the team proposed workable solutions that would not impact the character of the building. The team subsequently produced very comprehensive building regulation documentation that allowed us to start work on our dream project. They also assisted us in overcoming hurdles for acquiring our party wall agreement. During the build Tholos were consistently on hand to provide advice and pointers. We worked with Tholos Architects to carry out a complex project of house extension and renovation in Central London for one of our clients.

Throughout the whole process, Rick and his team were very detailed and professional, keeping us and the client regularly updated. They did an impressive job, taking into the account all the details. Team's talent was truly shown, adding maximum space and creative design as well as foresee many potential problems or fix them timely. The project was completed on time and without any issues.
