Statement: Use of Artificial Intelligence

Architecture is a research discipline. Every project is an investigation into place, cultural memory, archetype, and the emotional conditions of the people who will inhabit the spaces we design. That process of inquiry is where the value lies, and it cannot be abbreviated without loss.

Tholos embraces technological progress. We have always worked with the best available instruments, and artificial intelligence is no different. We use it where it genuinely serves the work: in administrative efficiency and process support, always under responsible and proficient human supervision.

It will not be used as a substitute for design intelligence, professional judgement, or the human relationships on which good Architecture depends. Nor will it be deployed in any manner that threatens the employment or professional development of our team. The people who work at Tholos are its continuity, its institutional memory, and the source of its creative output.

This policy applies across all projects, services, and operational functions of Tholos Architects Ltd and will be reviewed periodically to reflect developments in practice and technology.
